做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
