做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
