做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
