做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
