做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
