做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
