做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
