做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
