做法(fǎ ):洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
