做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
