做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
