做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
