做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
