做(zuò )法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
