做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
