做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
