做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
