做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
