做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
