做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
