做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
