做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
