做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
