做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
