做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
