做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的(de )清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
