做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
