做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
