做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
