做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
