做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
