做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
