做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
