做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
