做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
