做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
