做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
