做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
