做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
