做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品(pǐn )尝。 -
