做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
