做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
