做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
