做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
