做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
