做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
