做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
