做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
