做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
