做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
